The Gaggle · my street team
Ah yes. Street teams.
Pressure & guilt
(Quotas. Edit requirements. Always on the clock. As if your cortisol wasn't high enough.)
What if it could be different? Hear me out.
Join the GaggleHonestly?
I could never survive a typical team myself. OCD (overthinking, hyperresponsibility) plus social anxiety? I’d land myself in a psych ward within a week.
Full disclosure:
I only have a team at all because a couple of wonderfully kind bookstagrammers came to the rescue and helped set me up when even the concept alone overwhelmed me.
And they're still here.
Our founding members made it their mission to champion tiny indie authors and build an interactive and wonderfully supportive reader community. Which means seasoned pros, right in the chat.
Because if it doesn't feel like support, we're doing it wrong.
How it works
- lurk as long as you want
- join in when you have the spoons
- no quotas. ever.
Like geese in a V: we take turns at the front, and whoever's tired rides the draft.
What you get
- free early copies of every book
- sneak peeks and cut scenes
- votes on covers and titles
- a thank-you in the acknowledgments (only if you want your name in there)
- the group chat: terrible ideas, unhinged headcanons, and plants for future scenes
Why a gaggle?
My family calls me a goose on the loose. I honk when I'm excited or nervous, and get way too flustered over dumb mistakes.
But geese are loyal. They bond with their flock, and they don't let looking silly stop them.
Never joined a street team? Perfect.
Come honk with us(if our veterans can handle me and my mess, they can handle you.)
